La Plateria el Recreo  was founded in 1944 by Mr. Don Juventino. It started as a small goldsmith workshop in Private fourth de la Rosa in Mexico City , with only 6 employees.

Don Juventino , orphan of father, began working for living from age 7 , at that age he left his land and moved to Mexico City .

At age 13 he started working with precios metals in a Silver Fabric. After20 years of work he received his severance pay and he decided to start his own business and founded the Plateria La Rosa today Plateria del Recreo .

In 1975, changed its location to. Calle Recreo No. 49 El Recreo in Atzcapotzalco Delegation .

Don Juventino died at age 84 and his labor continued successfully, thanks to the leadership and hard work of her daughter Esperanza , his son Carlos and his granddaughter.
